You might recognize this face if you’ve ever picked up one of the over 50 million bags of Brownie Brittle on store shelves. That’s Brownie Brittle Founder and Creator, Sheila G. Mains, a passionate baker who took a treasured family recipe for brownies and turned it into an empire. Her brownies are amazing, but it was her love of the crispy, rich chocolate brownie edges that inspired the creation of her runaway hit, Brownie Brittle.

As the story goes, in 2022 Brownie Brittle, LLC, was acquired, and Sheila hung up her apron and retired. Or so she thought. As an avid tennis and pickleball player, Sheila knows two things; 1). the key to keeping the ball in play, is simple – keep your eye on the ball.
