Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the merchandise cost, as long as the items are unused and have their original tags attached. 

Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service team at info@vistovisors.com or 561-621-0111 to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if available, and include the packing slip or order confirmation email.
3.  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4.  Ship the return package to: Visto Visors, 10130 Northlake Blvd #214-250, West Palm Beach, FL 33412.

Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify they meet the return requirements, we will process a refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. 

Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized or custom-made hats and visors are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
